Grip your penis so that your pointer finger is wrapped around the glans lightly and the rest of your fingers lightly around the shaft.
From that starting position I want your to gently squeeze yourself and start to move your hand up like your going to stroke. Squeeze tightly enough that your skin stretches a little before your fingers start to slide up...but...as soon as they start to slide, release the pressure from your grip and start over...It should kind of look like your trying to milk yourself...kind of a tug and release motion.
