Wow! Congratulations. You’ve actually completed my training regime and have proven without a shadow of a doubt that you do indeed have the physical ability and determination to succeed. I’m happy for you. That doesn’t mean that you’re over the finish line yet though. You’ve still got Maria’s ‘special’ video to get through so don’t count your chickens yet!
You deserve a rest after such a gruelling exercise session though. Get a cold drink and relax for a little while. You are to return to the challenge at 9.10pm where Maria will be waiting for you.
