In a moment, you’re going to go through each of those piles in turn with the following stipulations. Take a minute or two to ‘remember’ these.
Hearts – Press-ups
Diamonds – Sit-ups
Clubs – Star-jumps
Spades – Squat-thrusts (if you don’t know what one is – look it up).
Then take pile number one and get ready to exercise like you’ve never exercised before! Turn over the first card and you have to do that many of the exercise that corresponds with the suit. Face cards are all worth 10. Do ALL of the cards in pile number one NOW, one by one, with no breaks in-between.
