As the steps get louder suddenly you hear a woman, (presumably Officer Jenny Michaud) laughing hysterically. "Wow, will you look at that?!"
"He claims he's stuck and that he didn't know he was flashing me." Officer Brandt informs her.
Officer Michaud is still laughing uncontrollably as she asks "So, do you go around flashing police women often?"
