We’re gonna start with the old classic – press-ups! So get in position, hands and feet both on the floor and give me 20 press-ups to start with. When you’re finished, stay in the ‘up’ position, holding your weight up until I say otherwise. Stare at my lovely breasts while you do them if you like.
