I think your arms have had enough of a break so we’ll focus on them again. I’m going to get you to do more press-ups but the difference is this time, I want you to get in a normal press-up position but put your feet up on a chair or something similar to make it more difficult for you.

Now give me 25 press-ups like that. Imagine that I’m sitting on your back, making each and every press-up twice as hard for you.
