You are really sweating right now. We are getting closer to our goal. You need a bigger workout though.

I want you to stroke yourself fast and reach an edge in between 45-60 seconds.

If you reach an edge before the 45 seconds take a 1 minute break and try again. Repeat this 5 times or until you hit that 45-60 seconds mark. Take a 1 minute break and then proceed.


If you take longer than 60 seconds to reach an edge take a 20 second break and edge again. Repeat this 5 times. Take a 30 second break and then proceed.
