Hold The Line

Hold The Line by cal

If you notice there is a pattern to the training. It is all moving you to being able to hold an edge. This lessen works in different ways depending on how sensitive you are.

I think I have an idea where you stand now. I want to give you a bit of an extended break.

I did NOT say stop stroking.

I want you to stroke 500 times for me. Yes this is my idea of an extended break. I want you at a fast strong pace please. If you do edge you will stop, wait 30 seconds, then proceed. If you edge again take a second off, so 29 seconds, and continue. You seeing the pattern here? Keep subtracting a second until you get to 5 seconds this will be the minimum. If you reach 5 seconds keep edging until you hit the 500 strokes.

Once you hit 500 stop and take a break according to the chart below...

What did your count down get to?

30-28: only take a 20 second break and then proceed.

27-25: take a 45 second break and then proceed.

24-20: take a minute break and then proceed.

19-10: take a 2 minute break and then proceed.

9-5: WOW, you are panting like a dog! Take a 5 minute break and then proceed.
