Didn't that edge feel great? So close to release but then it would be all over with. Riding that wave is a great feeling. Staying just out of reach, almost there, and knowing that if you wanted to you could reach the end but having to discipline not to. By the time the lessen if over you should be able to ride the edge for 10 minutes or more.

Remember while I am talking you should still be stroking.

I want to get an idea of how quickly you can reach an edge.

Stroke As fast as you can and reach an edge please.

Once there you may stop for 30 seconds.

Now another as fast as you can. I want you to start counting on your way to this edge and remember the number.

One more 30 second break.

Now again as fast as you can again counting. Remember the number please.
