Get into a comfortable position, one that you would usually masturbate in.
Good, now lube up and keep the bottle in reach. You'll need it.
Now remember that this is not about stamina training. I don't care how long you can stroke for all I care about is edging.
With that in mind I want you to get hard if you are not already.
During my lessen you will be in constant motion. Unless I tell you specifically to stop and take a break you must be stroking. You may stroke at what ever speed you want just do not stop.
Lets start getting you to the edge.
Start pumping slow but hard. I want you to enjoy yourself on your way to the edge.
Give me 20 strokes slow and hard and 20 as fast as you can.
Repeat this 5 times. If you reach the edge, stop and count to 20 then start again until you get through.
Now do 10 strokes as fast as you can then 3 hard slow strokes. Repeat this until you are on the edge.
Once one the edge stop and take a break for 1 minute.
Remember once the minute is up you must start stroking again.
