New Rules for Week 20
Fitness Dress Code: All fitness must be performed in cute, feminine activewear. This includes panties or fitted shorts and a top that highlights your body.
Prettiness Post-Workout: After every training session, you must reapply gloss, blush, or mist, brush your hair, and re-collar yourself for the mirror.
Body Praise Rule: During cool-downs, you must thank your body aloud in third person: “She is getting tighter. She is softening. She is becoming pretty.”
Sissy Hydration: Drink prettily from your decorated bottle. Sip daintily and keep your posture upright.
