New Rules for Week 19
Third-Person Rule: You must refer to yourself in the third person during mirror rituals, journaling, and private tasks (e.g., “This sissy is grateful to serve.”).
Mirror Worship: Spend 5 minutes daily gazing into the mirror, complimenting your appearance aloud and adoring your reflection. Pose slowly and speak sweetly.
Gloss Before Tasks: Your lips must be glossed before rituals, chores, selfies, or journal entries.
Adornment Rule: A feminine collar, choker, or ribbon must be worn at all times at home. This is your visual cue of belonging.
Hair Ritual: Brush your hair (or wig) slowly and sensually every morning and evening. Feel every stroke as a softening ritual.
