Cumulative Rules (Weeks 1–16)



Mindset & Behavior


1. Daily Feminine Affirmations — Begin each day with 3 affirmations aloud in front of the mirror.

2. Self-Journaling — Record thoughts, obedience, desires, and progress nightly.

3. Use Polite, Submissive Language — Always speak gently and respectfully; replace “I” with “this girl” when instructed.

4. Third-Person Speech (Introduced Week 15) — Use third-person speech when referring to yourself in rituals or training moments.

5. Mirror Obedience — Respond with “yes, Mistress” or “yes, sissy” during mirror rituals or tasks.



Grooming & Hygiene


6. Daily Grooming Rituals — Clean face, nails, and whole body with attention to softness and scent.

7. Hair Removal — Maintain smooth skin on legs, underarms, and groin.

8. Skin Care Routine (Week 8) — Basic cleansing and moisturizing nightly.

9. Light Makeup Practice — Lip gloss and blush for mirror or photo rituals.



Appearance & Clothing


10. Wear Panties Daily (Week 5 onward) — Male underwear is no longer permitted.

11. Feminine Sleepwear Every Night (Week 6 onward) — Pajamas must be soft, cute, and clearly feminine.

12. Outfit Planning (Week 14 onward) — Plan both day and night looks with themes or rituals, recorded in your journal.

13. Chores in Feminine Clothing (Week 13 onward) — No neutral attire for housework. Use skirts, panties, or uniform-style outfits.

14. Daily Outfit Must Include Feminine Layer — Panties, leggings, or soft top under your regular clothes, even in private.



Posture, Movement & Poise


15. Practice Graceful Movement — Walk with hips gently swaying, shoulders back, and soft wrists.

16. Practice Posing (Week 7) — Mirror work includes daily posing with confidence.

17. Walk in Heels Indoors (Week 14) — 10–15 minutes daily in modest heels, preferably during chores or tasks.

18. Feminine Chores Rule — Chores should be done with grace, in silence or to soft music, wearing appropriate feminine attire.



Fitness & Body Training


19. Beginner Fitness (Week 9 onward) — Light cardio, stretching, and posture exercises three times a week.

20. Chores as Movement (Week 13 onward) — Use domestic work as submission-based body training.



Anal Discipline (Phase 4)


21. Hygiene Ritual — Clean thoroughly before any anal training.

22. Plug Training (Week 13) — Small plug inserted for 15–30 minutes, 3–5 days per week.

23. Plug Journaling — Note physical sensation, obedience level, and mood after each session.

24. Plug During Chores or Journaling (Week 14–16) — Progress to wearing plug during active tasks, and/or journaling.



Obedience & Ritual Tasks

25. Chore Obedience (Week 13 onward) — Perform household tasks as ritual service.

26. Nighttime Ritual (Week 6 onward) — Change into sleepwear, affirm obedience, write journal.

27. Outfit Ritual (Week 14) — Choose and lay out clothing nightly for the next day.

28. Daily Task Completion Rule — You may not sleep until all assigned daily tasks are marked complete.



Orgasm Control & Reward System

29. Only 1 Orgasm per Week — Masturbation is limited to once weekly, usually Sunday night, and only with permission or under defined conditions.

30. Chastity Awareness (Pre-Chastity Weeks) — Begin thinking of arousal as something earned, not owned.

31. Edge Twice, Then Stop Rule — Before the weekly orgasm, you must edge twice in separate sessions and record feelings after each.
