Daily Tasks
DAY 1 – Popsicle Awareness Day
Practice sucking a popsicle slowly in front of a mirror for 5 minutes. Focus on your lips, tongue movement, and eyes. Reapply lip gloss after.
DAY 2 – Finger Focus Drill
Suck and slowly lick your finger. 3 minutes, 3 sessions. Gaze downward as if in service.
DAY 3 – Gag Reflex Exploration
Use a small toy to gently explore the back of your tongue. Practice controlling your gag with breathing.
DAY 4 – Lip Service Day
Reapply gloss every 3 hours. In front of a mirror, blow 10 kisses slowly, then suck a lollipop for 5 minutes with one hand behind your back.
DAY 5 – Moaning Practice
With a popsicle or finger, practice gentle moans during your oral practice. Whisper phrases like “I’m ready,” “Use me,” or “Good girls serve.”
DAY 6 – Self-Recording Ritual
Record a short oral training video (no nudity needed). Review your lips, posture, gaze, and rhythm. Write down one thing to improve.
DAY 7 – Silent Service Chore
Do one full chore silently, mouth full (gag or pacifier), wearing gloves and gloss. Keep soft, slow movements and remain obedient.
