10 calf raises

20 standing leg swings (forward and side)

10 squats (slow, with poise)

Hold “model pose” (one foot slightly in front, hips tilted) for 2 minutes

These exercises will strengthen the muscles needed for elegant heel movement and develop erotic posture.
