Day 1:

Reward yourself after with lotion, candlelight, and self-care.

Reflect on how you felt while doing something “useful” while dressed this way.

Day 5:

Pair your panties with soft sleepwear tonight (or nothing but panties).

Before bed, whisper a soft affirmation: “I am becoming who I truly am.”

Sleep in them and reflect in the morning on how it felt.

Day 6:

Choose the pair that makes you feel the most submissive.

Practice feminine poses or sitting styles in them for 10 minutes.

Day 7:

Review all your journal entries from the week.

Pick your “Panty of the Week” — and wear it one more time proudly.

Treat yourself if you completed the whole week with obedience.
