Day 5:
Add light lipstick or balm. Smile and speak your affirmations in a soft, submissive voice.
Day 6:
Practice 3 full poses: standing, kneeling, and a seated posture. Hold each for 30 seconds. Observe your comfort and tension.
Day 7:
Review your journal from the week. Reflect in mirror with your favorite pose. If permitted, reward yourself with an orgasm.
