Brush your hair or wig gently before bed.

Mist your pillow or body with a soft scent.

Sleep cuddled with a plush or pillow — whisper a loving phrase aloud.


Day 3 – Sweet Sleep Obedience:

Practice your bedtime posture. Lie down and remain still for 10 minutes in silence.

Journal your thoughts: What changes when you fall asleep like this?


Day 4 – Regression Night:

Dress cutely: pastels, soft socks, or plush accessories.

Write down 3 things you love about being feminine and 3 things you’re leaving behind.

Sleep feeling small, owned, and cherished.


Day 5 – Lotion & Affirmations:

Do your full bedtime routine slowly and sweetly.

Apply lotion with care, telling each body part: “You are hers.”

Edge, if permitted — but do not climax.


Day 6 – Obedient Ritual Review:

Document your 5-night streak. What did you wear? How did you feel each time?

Choose your best outfit yet and treat this night like a gentle ceremony.


Day 7 – Bedtime Grace:

Reflect: Has your sleep changed? Do you feel safer, softer, and more obedient?

Journal and review your tasks.
