Daily Task Plan
DAY 1 - Posture Check
- Stand against a wall for 5 minutes: heels, butt, shoulders, head touching
DAY 2 - Walk Practice
- 10 minutes walking with book balanced on head, slow heel-to-toe steps
DAY 3 - Sitting Drill
- Practice sitting gracefully (knees together, legs tilted) 15x today
DAY 4 - Bend & Pick
- Practice bending from the knees or with legs crossed (never bend like a man!)
DAY 5 - Mirror Movement
- 10 mins of slow poses and turns in front of mirror; film if comfortable
DAY 6 - Grace Flow
- Practice a small choreographed movement: turn, sit, rise, curtsy
DAY 7 - Public Practice
- Walk or stand gracefully in a semi-public/private space (driveway, backyard, etc.)
