"Look, dear," she calls out, "It's Brittany--and since she brought her Spencer paddle with her, I'd guess that she's here to see you..."

"Hi there, Barbara," you hear your ex-girlfriend greet your wife:

"Great game by the Blue Devils, huh? They're unstoppable this season, even better than they were back in '92. So where's your husband?"

"In the living room," your wife responds cheerily: "Waiting to pay off what's due to you--so don't delay, make him pay!"

"I certainly will," Brittany agrees. "You're welcome to watch the payoff paddling procedure, of course."
