Set the timer for 10 minutes. If you're using the online timer you should turn your speakers up so you can hear the timer go off while you're sitting in the chair.
When you start the timer you must move quickly. Trust me, the faster you do this the better it will be for you!
You will sit down in the chair with your legs spread. Take the rope from your left ankle and tie it to the back left chair leg. Pull it nice and tight so your foot is pulled back and your knee is pulled off the side of the chair.
