1 - 2: Kneel down on the ground. Then lie back as far as you can. Rest with an elbow behind you if you have to. In that position spank your tummy with the wooden spoon 35 times. Do it slowly and do it hard.

3 - 4: Stand up in front of me on your tip toes. Pull your pants down just under your ass. Spank each ass cheek with the wooden spoon 25 times. Do it as fast and as hard as you can. Take no breaks. When you're done pull your pants back up.

5 - 6: Pull your pants down to your ankles. Sit on the ground with your feet together and your knees apart. Spank each of your inner thighs 50 times in exactly the same place on each thigh. You may take as long as you like but make each stroke count. When you're done pull your pants back up.

When you're done roll again and continue.
