... the parcel string and wrap it around your waist a few times (alternatively you may wear a belt).
Now fasten another piece of string to the front, draw it through your legs and then under your belt at the back and then back through your legs again to the front. Do this a few times before tying a knot at one end. Take care to assure that the string fits tight but does not hurt.
Now off to bed! Carry on tomorrow morning.
