After you have calmed down a bit start working on your
clit again. Pull back the foreskin with one hand and gently tap your clit with the other. Change to circular motions after a minute of this.
Work on your clit in this way for the next 10 minutes while slowly increasing the intensity and switch between the two methods. If you should reach the edge then pull hard on your nipples, pause for approximately 30 seconds and extend the time by another minute.
