"Tim this is important. You can do whatever you want. So when you're here I want you to really think on that."

"Yes Miss Holly."

"Yes Tim, just give me control and I'll set up a great experience for you. Once we're in I'll work to maintain the world but you'll get most of the control back. All you have to say is 'Ceding Control'"
