First I want you to grab both balls and sqweez them as hard as you can
for 30 seconds (imagine it's me sqweezing you).
Put your balls on a flat surface witch is a bit higher then your waist and
press down with the shoe (with the heel of the shoe). I want each ball for 20
seconds - 4 times, that means 80 seconds for each ball.
