Take this full bottle and tie it to your balls, so that it barely touches the ground when you squat down.
You will do the amount of squats you wrote down with your bottle tied to your balls.
It only counts as a valid repetition, if the bottle touched the ground.
Go on, get it done! You should be thankful I don't have you follow the metronome for this.
