You may put it back on, when you finished the beer.
I hope there's nobody nearby. It must really look strange, seeing someone stripping to chug a beer, haha.

Shirt back on? How do you feel? It's quite cold out here, right? Let's make sure you don't start to shiver by running a bit. I want to jog/run at a moderate pace for about 15 minutes, come back to this spot when you are done.
When you finished running, walk the rest of the way back home at a normal pace to calm down again.
