if you didn't manage to do 2 minutes, we need to really work on your fitness. Write down the number of squats you did on a piece of paper.
If it's below 90, do that number again right now. You don't need to follow the metronome, just get all of them done.

Next up are jumping jacks.
Metronome to 45 bpm, one full repetition per beat. Go!
Until you miss a beat. If you are out of shape, it will be quite fast I imagine. But maybe you manage for a while? Maybe you start building a sweat and start panting like an exhausted little bitch?
Write down the number of jumping jacks you did on your paper, then you can drink the beer.
Don't bother filling up a glass. Just drink half the bottle.
