Great now that you are all safely locked up, I am sure you won't mind if I tease you a little bit with my body while I share with you the rules for your next several days.

- you are required to wear "granny panties" (women's briefs) throughout the entire duration of the lock. Women don't wear their sexy expensive lingerie during their periods neither should you. You also are not allowed to wear any boy underwear. To make this simpler go to your closet right now take all of your boy underwear and relocate them somewhere that is hard to get to. Put them in the trunk of a car, or your basement, or your shed or whatever just get them out of sight and out of mind. Then put your granny panties where your normal underwear is this will make things easier.
- you are required to wear a maxi pad in your panties 24/7 throughout the entire tease yes this includes when you are sleeping.
- The ONLY exception to this is when you are wearing a tampon. If you have a tampon in you don’t have to have a pad on. But the second that tampon comes out the pad goes back on.
- You are REQUIRED to always have a maxipad and a tampon physically on your person at all times. You can handle this how you like. Many real women have a period kit or a couple of period kits. Sometimes they will put them in their car or hide them in their bathroom cabinets. Regardless of the kits though you should physically keep a tampon and a maxipad in your pocket throughout the whole tease. I know, I know, I know, it's embarrasing if you get discovered, that's the whole point. You might want to think through now what you would say if you get discovered. It's for your wife/Gf? you get regular nose bleeds? just think through what you will say.
- When you get the instruction "tampon time" you will put a tampon in your ass. While it is there you may choose to remove your pad. You have to have your tampon in your ass a minimum of 1 hour but for health reasons you are not allowed to go beyond 5 hours.
- When you get the instruction "heavy flow" you will get 2 teaspoons of water and dump them into your pad it is as easy as that.
- when you pee you are never allowed to wipe with toilet paper or paper towels. Just pull your panties back up and dribble onto your pad. And of course you will be peeing sitting down.
- When you get sissy cramps you have to take a 100 ml enema and the plug or tampon up your rear up and set a 10 minute timer. You are absolutely under no circumstances allowed to use the bathroom until the timer is up. Trust me, this is an intense one, it will simulate cramps and it is not going to be pleasant or sexy, but it is part of the beauty of a woman's body so it will be a part of your period too, sissy
- when you get sore nipples you need to rub icy hot on your nipples, and you are not allowed to clean it off until the next time you shower
