- This afternoon you are really going to key into a specific emotion: sadness. A lot of women feel really say during their period so you are going to as well. In order to be complete with this section you have to physically cry. For some people you will do this easily, for others this will be super difficult. Also you are not allowed to chop onion or to do something physical to make you cry, it has to be emotional. Do whatever you need to do to feel sad enough to make yourself cry.
