Morning: How are things going for you? How are you feeling? I want you to set a 10 minute timer, and pull up the image website below:

Spend the 10 min. identifying and listing ALL of the emotions that you are feeling.
This is a good practice in life in general, but especially for that time of the month. It validates that we are feeling A LOT during our periods, and that however you are feeling is totally valid. Don't give up on this little experiment you are over half way through girly!!!! You got this!
