Day 1
Morning Time: Good morning, go ahead and start the day by changing your pad. Next get a pen and paper, and I want you to write down the names of 5 women that you are likely to see today that are under the age of 50. Get creative; family members, friends, co-workers, neighbors, bosses, whatever. Write them down and number them 1-5. Go to a random number generator, select a random number between 1-5 and find the woman that corresponds to that number. From now on we are going to pretend that she happens to be on her period and that your cycles are synced up. We know that statistically probably one in five women in your life are always on their period. So today if you are around this woman, I want you to think to yourself, she is probably on her period, empathize with her, if she is having a bad day be extra kind, maybe offer to help out with a project or hold the door open or whatever. Additionally if you are around her and she excuses herself to go to the bathroom, you are going to assume that the reason she is going to the bathroom is because she is needing to change her pad/tampon. When she excuses herself to go to the bathroom you will have 10 minutes, and within that 10 minutes you are also going to need to go to the bathroom and you will change your pad as well.
Those rules apply throughout the period, regardless of any other rules in place.
- Next pack your sissy period kit on the go. Every time you leave your house you will need to bring the following:
- At least 1 extra maxipad (preferably 2 though)
- At least 1 tampon (again preferably 2)
- lube
- a small ziplock bag - for disposing of used tampons
- icy hot
- Optional (if you are using fake blood for your period) a vial of fake blood
Reminder you will need to pack this kit every day before you leave!
A girl always needs to be prepared for whatever Mother Nature will throw at her, and you are no different.
