The more clothes you wear over your plastic bags, the more it will muffle the sounds of your trash underwear.

It's up to you, really. Can you manage the suspicious plastic sounds with every step you take? Will you try to reduce your movements as much as possible to stay quiet, everytime someone passes by?
Or will you just hide away under multiple layers of clothing? maybe a long sleeved jacket?
You definitely won't make as much sound. But it's really hot outside, right? There will for sure be some strange looks, if you walk around dressed like that.
It's up to you. Just make sure that you are all dressed up properly and ready to leave the house.
