I think it's time for a short test to see if everything stays in place.
Do 10 +10*C Jumping Jacks, now!
That means if you have a C of 3, you do 40, if your C is 0, you still do 10)
Now 10 +5*C Pushups, Go!
And 25 + 10*C Squats.
Is ist getting warm, yet?
If you didn't finish any of the exercises, increase your C Counter by the number of repetitions you were short.
So if you had to do 20 Pushups, but only managed 10? Increase C by 10.
