Unzip a little, check to see if you intact.
Then I want you to get two glasses of water
One Hot the other Cold
and two sponges (or washcloths if you have no sponges)
Put the sponges in each glass.
First Hot-gently rub the tip of your penis with hot water
Use a licking motion on just the tip, do this 10 times
Then switch to cold water and again do 10 licks
Repeat this 5 times (for a total of 100)
