OK, to summarize the three changes this week:
1. You will no longer cover up to go to and from the bathroom, and will stay naked in front of your roommates for at least a minute when they come home. You will challenge yourself to stay naked at all times, and will not proceed to lesson five until you can comfortably do so.
2. You will wear only your short t-shirt when outside in your yard or around your apartment building. This includes answering the door.
3. You will speak with a personal trainer and start a conditioning program to get you your killer “goddess” body.
