Hello girls, welcome to week 2! How are you enjoying spending your whole day plugged and many hours in chastity? Do you enjoy how feminine this makes you feel? I certainly hope you do!

Let's start with fashion this time! By now you should own three feminine outfits, 2 dresses and a skirt and a blouse. That'll be the core of your new female wardrobe. In a few months your room will be filled with frilly women's clothes! Does this make you happy? Continue taking at least a picture of yourself in one of these outfits every day, but be careful and concentrate about looking as feminine as possible. Wear nylons, mimic a female pose, blow a kiss to the mirror! Be girly! And save all your pics in the folder.

And now it's time to start yoga! You knew this day would come, didn't you? There can hardly be a feminization training without yoga and this one won't be an exception. Go on YouTube and find a yoga channel that you like. There are many of them with different degrees of length and difficulty. Choose one and start practicing. For now I want you to do an hour every week, but I'll let you decide how. You can either do a full hour once a week, or split it in one or two shorter sessions, as long as you practice for at least 60 minutes. It goes without saying that I want you to wear your new training bra and yoga pants to do it! If your panties are not suitable for yoga, get a few pairs of sports panties.

- female wig (at least at shoulder length)
- shaping corset (a practical one designed for shaping, not a frilly one)
