Now i want you to get a bowl filled with cold water and Ice Cubes. Place it here and then go to your bath again, Yes with the looner still in your hole.
Fill 1 Looner with cold Water big enough to put in in your Mouth (a Looner Gag). Fill 2 looners with warm water about 1 liter in one and the other one with a half liter.
Do the same with cold water.
Come back with all and get sit down here.
