Have you been in the millitary, if yes then this training will not be so new to you but I bet you didn't do this training naked, with clothes pins and your balls tied up in the millitary so you will be in for a new experience:
You can start by doing 10 push ups and I want all of your clothes pins to touch the ground, no cheating do it like they would do it in the millitary.
Your next test would make your clothes pins to heart a lot, I want you to do 4 runs of millitary jumps, that jumping must really heart.
You can finish the training by doing 10 more push ups, and when finished you can press continue
