Go and get a broomstick.
Got it? Good.
Now, strip naked and kneel down. Place the broomstick on the floor in front of you so it’s right up against your knees.
When I begin showering, I want you to raise your knees a bit, and move forward. Then lower your weight onto the broom stick.
The stick should be positioned on the fleshy part of your knee, just below the kneecap. You should be kneeling up straight with all of your weight forward, onto the broomstick.
It doesn’t feel so bad now, but just wait.
