Nettle Therapy For Women
Excellent - I'm pleased when clients are brave enough for the therapy.
I will go now - back at 8pm - but just a warning. Nettles sting, and create a red patch.
If your reactions are worse than this, then you may be allergic, and shouldn't use them.
You can test them on the soft skin on the inside of your forearm. (Thicker skinned areas are not a good test, my girl!)
