Nettle Therapy For Women
You need:
1 length of any string, around 48 inches long - this need not be accurate.
3 lengths of soft string - one 34-inch piece, and two 6-inch pieces. (Accurate please)
2 rubber bands, approximately 2 to 3 inches long.
Some nettles (use gloves to collect them). Ideally, get around 8 stems, around 12 inches long, but this need not be exact. Put them in a jug of water as if they were flowers, and display them proudly in the window. Liberation, remember!
If there are no nettles, then use 2 clothespins , but nettles are best.
I am sure I can assist you and your boyfriend, but first, dear, you must assure me that you will carry out all my instructions exactly, because otherwise the therapy will not work.
