Set the alarm for 7a.m, and bring the LHR that you made earlier.
Put the large loop of string round your neck, then twist each thumb into a rubber band.
Be careful with the tightness of the rubber band - they should be tight enough to stay on, but not so tight that the circulation is affected.
So - you look down at yourself, and see that your hands cannot reach your genitals. (If they can, shorten the big loop now).
Get into bed please.
