Starting to feel good, I bet? Now it's gonna get intense.

1. Set metronome to 108 bpm.

2. Do sets of 50 strokes. Between each set, you take 20 seconds break. If you have to stop during a set, do so. Take the break and start the next one.

When you have to stop on 3 consecutive sets, move to the next page...


Remember to breathe deeply, relax, and concentrate on your strokes. No video this time, just you.
