You have the option to challenge them to a pokemon battle but only if you own pokemon let's go on the nintendo switch. Otherwise you must stand there for 2 minutes with nippel clamps on then continue.

(if you accept jump on your nintendo switch and play a random person online. If they win you have to transfer those pokemon off your pokemon go account. If you win congratulations on making it out the team rocket dungeon)
