Good. Alright, so here are your rules.
You get your usual average of one orgasm every week or so, just as normal. However, each time you cum, you will have to make a choice.
Rule #1: If you cum, freely and willingly, in whatever way you choose, your next orgasm will be an *additional* three days away from your last denial period. So from 7 to 10, 10 to 13, so on and so forth.
However, there is also Rule #2: if you ruin your orgasm, you will subtract one day instead. So from 7 to 6, 6 to 5, and so on. The only limit is you can't put it lower than 5 - I don't want you to ever have it so frequent that ruined orgasms can sustain you.
