Okay great! Now that you've got all that, we've got 2 phases for this process. The first one softens them up, and the second one kills them.
For this first one, you're gonna want to tie a shoelace around your water bottle filled with water, or your weight, and then tie the other end around your balls so the weight hangs somewhere around your ankles but about a foot off of the floor.
