Seven Trials
"Alright. Now that we are warmed up let the challenging part begin. I want you to do 500 strokes and if you don't edge at least seven times, you need to restart this trial since you obviously weren't warmed up. No cumming!"
If you are doing double, you still have to do 500 strokes, but need to get 14 edges in that many strokes...
