(get the deck of cards. Draw a card, and follow the instructions as follows:
a club: Multiply the number by 10. Do that number of fast strokes.

a heart: Multiply the number by 10. Do that number of strokes with your non-dominant hand.
a spade: edge a number of times equal to the number.
